On the Track Lodge

Getting to our beautiful On the Track Lodge is part of your holiday fun. The boat/track only access lodge is halfway along the Nydia Track. Walk or mountain bike this scenic bush lined track or catch a boat to the Nydia Bay jetty.
We offer a range of accommodation for up to 24 people: *Vintage train carriage rooms with private ensuites * Comfortable chalets with spotless shared bathroom facilities * Mongolian style yurt – perfect for friends and family * Seaside cabin, close enough to the water to hear the lapping waves.
We serve delicious and tasty meals, freshly prepared daily: *Home-cooked dinners * Nourishing breakfasts *Artisan picnic lunches

We can provide all meals (breakfast $17.50, lunch $20 and dinner & dessert $32.50) or guests can opt to self-cater.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at the lodge but must not enter any of the buildings.  We can provide kenneling with prior arrangement. Dogs need a DoC permit to walk the Nydia Track.

Accommodation:

Vintage Train Carriage: 2 rooms available, double bed with ensuite. One person is $140 per night, two people $190 per night

3 x upstairs chalets: $110 for one person per night, $150 for two people. Queen bed.

3 x downstairs chalets: Twin share or queen bed. $110 for one person, $150 for two people, $220 for 3 people

Seaside Cabin: Queen bed. Note steep and narrow stairs to the mezzanine floor. One person $130 per night, two people $165

Yurt: 5 single beds (inquire for a 6th bed)

Amenities in rooms (e.g. bath tub; hair dryer, pet friendly, fridge):
All linen, bedding and towels provided

All rooms, with the exception of the train carriage rooms which have ensuite facilities, share large, well maintained bathrooms.
